2020
Moonlit Companies is launched
In 2020, Aryan Wadhera, a 12-year-old kid, started Moonlit Companies with 20 dollars to his name and a laptop, which was used to buy our first domain, moonlit.page, and soon later, we also got mymoonlit.com. Aryan wanted to build Moonlit Companies as a small Adalo software development company, which he just ran by himself. Which he achieved.
2022
Moonlit Companies is renamed to Moonlit Company Enterprises
Moonlit Companies was rebranded to Moonlit Company Enterprises to signify that we extended our offerings beyond just development services. We commenced providing a broader range of services, including development, digital security, app maintenance, and more.
In Q3 2022, we also introduced sub-brands and companies under MCE, such as Moonlit SAFE, MyID, Minimal Creations, and others.
2023
Moonlit Company Enterprises primary name changed to Moonlit, and it temporarily closed down.
Moonlit Company Enterprises was changed to just being called Moonlit and Moonlit Division, Division being the name of the section, we also add more services including releasing 2 new app as part of our collection.
In Q2 2023, Moonlit shut down according to us permanently, and was acquired by AW Assets & Holdings.
In Q4 2023, AW Assets & Holding's non profit Impact Code was launched to teach kids coding.
Q4 2024 - Q2 2025
AW Assets & Holdings group launches Horizon Studios and Momentum Built
Horizon Studios and Momentum Built were continuing the legacy of Moonlit Development, Moonlit Applications, and Moonlit Maintenance.
Upcoming year we would also be launching some sub categories of specialty products from Momentum Built
Q3 2025
We create a revision of the Moonlit brand, The Moonlit Company
The Moonlit Company would end up taking over all holding and assets of AW Assets & Holdings, including any sub companies.
The Moonlit Company would also be buying our first AI Company, The Specta Company, now Specta Insight.
